Future Lifestyle hikes stake in Rachika Trading to 96 pc

Future Lifestyle Fashions, part of the Kishore Biyani-led Future group, today said it has increased its stake in Rachika Trading by 16 per cent to 96 per cent.

Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the company has made further investment in Rachika Trading Pvt Ltd (RTPL), a company engaged in the business of apparels and fashion accessories under the brand 'Giovani'.

This has "resulted in increase of its total holding from 80 per cent to 96 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of RTPL," it said.
