Gaekwad fires two rounds in air after loot in his bungalow

"A gang of looters had entered Gaekwad's bungalow at Sevasi Mahapura and decamped with gold and diamond ornaments, a laptop and Rs 16,000 in cash, collectively valued at about Rs 3 lakh," Inspector K N Raolji said.

Assuming that the looters were hiding in the compound of his bungalow, Gaekwad fired two rounds from his rifle in the air in which nobody was injured, Raolji said, adding police investigations were going on.
