Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today assured the industry that his government would try its best to address all issues and concerns related to trade and commerce in the state.
Interacting with officials of Federation of Industry & Commerce of North Eastern Region (FINER), Sonowal asked the association to give inputs on how to improve the industry scenario.
Welcoming the inputs and suggestions made by the delegation on GST, ease of doing business and land issues, Sonowal said the government was ready to be associated with the body for important upcoming projects.
The FINER delegation headed by its president Pabitra Buragohain also contributed Rs 10 lakh to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
