The Haryana government has placed the services of Excise and Taxation Commissioner Shyamal Misra at the disposal of the central government.

"The Haryana government has placed the services of Misra, the Excise and Taxation Commissioner, at the disposal of the central government for his appointment as joint secretary, Department of Commerce, with immediate effect," an official release said here today.
