Three persons were arrested and illicit liquor along with bottling equipment seized at a village in Simulia area of Odisha's Balasore district today.
A flying squad of excise department together with police raided a house at Maitapur village and arrested three persons involved in illicit liquor business, excise officials said.
The team seized 150 liters of spirit, 300 bottles, labels of various IMFL brands and bottling machine from the house.
The raid was conducted following a tip off about functioning of the illegal unit.
