Illicit liquor trader booked under PASA

Rajasthan government has approved invoking of the Prevention of Anti Social Act (PASA) against a person involved in illicit liquor trade.

Kanaram Bhat has over 11 cases registered against him and he has been convicted in seven of them.

The Jodhpur Police Commissioner had issued order to invoke the act against Bhat and it was approved by the state government, according to an official statement released tonight.
