Days after Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejaswi Yadav posted a picture of Ravi Shankar Prasad with an alleged murderer, the Union Law Minister said "in an age of selfie" anyone can click photos at public events.

"We live in the age of selfies. In public life, anyone can click photos during public functions. Don't know who this Iqbal is," he tweeted.

Tejaswi claims Iqbal, seen with Prasad in the photo, is accused of killing the son of a journalist.

Prasad said he was abroad hence could not put across his stand on the controversy then.

Pictures of Bihar Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav with two "sharp-shooters" had recently gone viral.

Hitting back, Tejaswi had shared pictures of senior BJP leaders with people with alleged criminal antecedents.
