J'khand Chief Minister condoles Kalam's death

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today condoled the death of former president A P J Abdul Kalam.

In his statement, Das said the country was in the grip of sorrow.

"He was a great human being," he said here.

The scientist, who authored several books, including India 2020: A Vision for the New Million, died today after he collapsed during a lecture at the IIM Shillong this evening.
