Jennifer Metcalfe feels 'pressure' to look good

Actress Jennifer Metcalfe says there is a pressure to follow the norm to "look and feel good" all the time.

Metcalfe, 32, who was named Sexiest Female at the Inside Soap Awards, said there are no fashion rules to follow as it is all about feeling good about what you wear, reported Female First.

"I think, just as much as any girl, I think these days there's so much pressure to look and feel good all the time.

"If you feel good in what you're wearing or whatever, it doesn't matter, there are no rules no more. Just feel good and rock it, or try."
 

The "Hollyoaks" star also dissed body shaming.

"I don't think it's good. I think women should be appreciated any shape or size, no matter how they look. I don't like it.
