Josh Brolin and Diane Lane, who got separated earlier this year, are legally divorced after nine months.
Brolin, 45, and Lane came to a private financial agreement and the 48-year-old actress will not be seeking spousal support from her ex, reported Us magazine.
The 'Cinema Verite' actress has reportedly dropped 'Brolin' from her legal name too.
The couple were married for eight years.
This is the second divorce for both stars. Lane was previously wed to actor Christopher Lambert, with whom she has a daughter, Eleanor. Brolin was married to actress Alice Adair, the mother of his two kids, Trevor and Eden.
