Kirron Kher is a modern-day politician: Anupam Kher

Veteran actor Anupam Kher has praised his wife, actress and BJP MP, Kirron Kher and called her a modern-day politician.

Anupam, 60, said he is proud to see Kirron juggle her political and showbiz career so well.

"I am proud of her. She is doing her work as an artist, as a good Parliamentarian and a responsible citizen. Jai Ho," Anupam posted on twitter.

"And @KirronKherBJP judges a reality show and she does a damn good job of it. She a is modern day politician. Not a double faced one," the "Baby" star tweeted.
