The 'Poker Face' hitmaker has been vocal about her love for the hip hop star recently and they hung out together backstage at the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago last month, reported Contactmusic.
"I am so excited to announce that a record I've been working on has now become a collaboration with @KendrickLamar for His Album," she posted on Twitter.
Describing the inspiration behind the track, she added, "I wrote Partynauseous about Jakarta, and my relationship with that country. Wishing I could 'get high with the enemy' and make peace.
"Once Kendrick Lamar and I started talking about life + his forward thinking views about love + hip hop, the song became something more."
'Partynauseous' is expected to be Lamar's next single from his new album.
