Many parts of Himachal Pradesh on Monday received moderate to heavy rainfall while light snowfall was witnessed in the high reaches of Lahaul and Spiti.
Dalhousie received the highest 53 mm rains, followed by Bilaspur (21 mm), Sundernagar (12 mm), Sujanpur Tira (5 mm), Dharamshala (4 mm), Shimla (3 mm) and Mandi and Chamba (2 mm each), Shimla meteorological centre director Manmohan Singh said.
Una was the hottest place in the state at 32.7 degrees Celsius, while Lahaul and Spiti's administrative centre Keylong recorded 2.9 degrees Celsius, he added.
