Lil Wayne released from hospital, on 'mandated rest' period

But the 30-year-old star's management team has revealed the he was suffering from an extreme migraine and dehydration.

The 'How to Love' hitmaker is now on "mandated rest", reported OK! magazine.

Wayne's management, Blue Print Group, also stated that he will return to work soon as he was working on a follow-up album to 2011's 'The Carter IV'.

"I am good," Wayne tweeted.

Wayne also thanked his fans for love, support and prayers.
