Man attacks 60-year-old woman for resisting molestation

A 40-year-old man allegedly attacked a 60-year-old woman with a sickle after she resisted molestation, police said.

The accused tried to molest her and when she resisted, he attacked her with a sickle and inflicted multiple wounds, police said.

The victim, Kamla Devi, was rushed to Dr R P Medical College, Tanda while the accused Pratap has been arrested, police said.
