Man beaten up by drunkards

A 50-year-old man was beaten up by five drunkards when he asked them not to drink before his house at Milki in this district, police said today.

Nazer Ali, an ex-serviceman, was beaten up by five local drunk youths when they were asked to stop taking alcohol before his house in the area under Englishbazar police station last evening, a police officer said.

Injured Ali was admitted to hospital.
