One person was killed over non-payment of his share to buy half a bottle of liquor in Mundka area of West Delhi.
Police arrested one person, Sanjeev Kumar (35), in connection with the murder.
Police had received a call on Friday regarding a body of a male, aged about 40 years, lying near the Metro pillar no 546 Rohtak Road near Mundka Metro Depot. There were injury marks on the face and blood was oozing out of his nose and ears.

The deceased was identified as Anil Kumar, a resident of Mundka village. Many witnesses were examined and it was found that on the night of October 10, Anil fought with Sanjeev after both had consumed liquor, said police.
"During interrogation, Sanjeev confessed to his crime and said he, along with one Kala and Anil, had consumed liquor near Tempo Stand, Rohtak Road. Later, Kala left the spot," Deputy Commissioner of Police (west) Ranvir Singh said.
"After finishing one bottle, they bought another half a bottle of liquor. The amount was paid by Sanjeev at that time and the deceased promised to give his share later on.
"When Sanjeev demanded his share of the money, a heated argument started between him and Anil Kumar who refused to give his share of money to Sanjeev. A fight began between both of them and the Anil hit Sanjeev Kumar with a stick lying nearby. In retaliation, Sanjeev Kumar punched Anil Kumar and bit the deceased on left side of his chest and left Arm and then he strangulated him, said Singh.
Next day, Sanjeev even attended funeral of the deceased so that no one doubt him, said police.
