The traffic was through after the Army constructed a Bailey bridge at Palchang and over 100 vehicles stranded on either side of the bridge left for respective destinations.
Amitabh Awasthi, Deputy Commissioner, Kullu, said the Manali-Rohtang road, which was disrupted due to flash flood on Saturday last, had been reopened to vehicular traffic yesterday.
The traffic on this road was now normal.
The traffic between Kullu and Manali had also been restored from the right bank of Beas river for heavy vehicular after clearing the debris at two points, he added.
