Matt LeBlanc selling LA home for USD 8.75 million

Former "Friends" star Matt LeBlanc is selling his Los Angeles home for USD 8.75 million.

The 48-year-old actor has listed his Pacific Palisades estate, which he bought in 2007 for USD 7.4 million, according to Variety.

The Spanish-style four-bedroom villa sits on half an acre of land and features "beamed ceilings, wood floors, original fixtures, ironwork and tiles" throughout.

It doesn't have a pool but features stunning views over Santa Monica Canyon.

LeBlanc has been renting out the property for almost USD 13,000 a month since 2012 and currently owns two homes in Encino along with a 1,000-plus-acre estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, near Santa Barbara.
