The mercury in Chandigarh rose to 7.6 degrees Celsius.
In Haryana, Ambala registered a low of 8.2 degrees Celsius, while Hisar's minimum settled at 7.7 degrees Celsius.
Narnaul (8), Rohtak (9.1) and Sirsa (9.6) too recorded their temperatures above normal.
