Nikon presents desks, purifiers to EDMC schools

Japanese multinational Nikon today presented 1400 desks and 17 water purifiers to the primary schools of East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) under its CSR programme.

East Delhi mayor Harshdeep Malhotra, Commissioner Mohanjeet and other leaders of EDMC were present along with Managing Director of Nikon Kazuo Ninomiya.

Lauding Nikon for fulfilling its responsibility towards the society and furthering an important cause, the mayor said the students of municipal schools will benefit from the desks and water purifiers.
