Nitish happy on Bihar getting two central universities

"I widely welcome the decision of opening two central universities in Bihar," Kumar told reporters.

He recalled that the proposal to open the two central universities of Bihar was discussed during his meeting with Sibal in New Delhi a couple of months ago.
