A man riding pillion on a motorcycle was killed today when the two-wheeler hit a bus in Salt Lake area, police said.
The impact of the accident was such that the man fell off the bike near Nicco Park and died on the spot, the police said.
The deceased was identified as Amarnath Sharma (28), a resident of Charu Market area of the city, they said.
