Poisoned Russian spy's daughter says growing stronger 'daily': statement

Yulia Skripal, who was poisoned with a nerve agent in an English city last month along with her Russian ex-spy father Sergei, has said she is recovering, according to a police statement issued on her behalf today.

"I woke up over a week ago now and am glad to say my strength is growing daily," Yulia Skripal was quoted as saying.
