Poor in AP to get land freed from encroachments

Encroached Government lands in Andhra Pradesh would be taken back and distributed among poor families, Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said today.

He was speaking after laying foundation stones for development works worth Rs 4.35 crore at Jagannadapuram here. Deputy Chief Minister N Chinarajappa was also present.

There were encroachment of Government lands and the administration will remove them and distribute the freed land among poor families, Ramakrishnudu said.
