A replica of Light of Truth Universal Shrine (LOTUS), built by Swami Satchidananda Maharaj at Virginia, USA, will be dedicated to the public at Chettipalayam on the outskirts, on December 22.
In view of his Centenary birth anniversary celebrations the replica of the 'LOTUS' will be dedicated to the public at a function in which Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah, State Municipal Administration minister S P Velumani and religious heads will participate, K Ramasamy, Managing Trustee, Swami Satchidnanda Foundation, said in a release today.
Born at Chettipalayam, Swami Satchidananda has become World famous by spreading the message of Inter-Religious faith and service through Spirituality and Yoga across the globe. He advocated Indian culture and All faith religious thoughts across USA and contributed a lot for Yoga and World peace, and built LOTUS at Virginia, the release said.
