Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy today discussed with Tata Group officials skill development opportunities in the country with an aim to improve the employability potential of youths.
"Discussing skilling opportunities with officials of @TataCompanies @MSDESkillindia. Hoping to skill youths for better employability," the Union Minister of State Skill Development and Entrepreneurship tweeted.
The government plans to skill 40.2 crore workers by 2022 and a number of initiatives such as the new National Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and the skill loan scheme have been launched to attain the objective.
