S Africa's Zuma easily survives no-confidence vote

South Africa's scandal-hit President Jacob Zuma easily survived a no-confidence vote in parliament today despite opposition parties calling on ruling ANC lawmakers to vote him out of office.

After a heated debate, 214 lawmakers voted against the motion and 126 voted in favour.
