Schools in Nashik remain close as teachers boycott work

All primary and secondary private schools here and other parts of the district today remained closed as teachers, principals and the non-teaching staffboycotted work to press for their various demands.

"Our demands include full time recruitment of arts and sports teachers, recruitment ofvacant post of clerk, peon in primary schools", Kondajimama Avhad, President of 'Shikshan BachavKruti Samiti' said.
