Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today said the city's management is on track since AAP came to power two years ago after inheriting a "crumbled" administration from Congress.
"The administration of Delhi had crumbled during 15 years of Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government. We have cleaned the system facing a lot of difficulties," he said in a statement on the eve of completion of the government's two years.
"After two years of hard work, I can say the management of Delhi is on track...Thanks to people of Delhi...It has been only two years, but a lot of work has been completed," Sisodia said.

He alleged that when AAP took over the reins from Congress in the state, all the government departments had become "dens of corruption" and officers would be transferred in return of hefty money.
He claimed the standards of government schools were "deliberately" brought down to help private schools owned by Congress and BJP leaders flourish.
Similarly, public healthcare in the national capital was in "shambles" and patients were allegedly deprived of medicines, while medical equipments at state-run hospitals were defunct, the AAP leader said.
The minister also accused Congress and BJP leaders of opposing laying of water pipelines to help tanker mafias mint money by supplying water. He claimed people would receive hefty bills for power and water under the Dikshit government.
Sisodia further alleged that the Congress government offered contracts for construction of flyover, roads, drainage system and street light installations at three times the original rates as it looted people of Delhi.
"Eating corners had turned into liquor dens...It was agents and not government offices through which one would get documents, from driving licenses to ration cards...People remember the aforesaid story as bad days during Congress rule," he alleged.
