SP leader, son arrested for murdering property dealer

An SP leader and his son were today arrested in connection with the murder of a man two days ago, police said.

SP leader Sudhir Goel was arrested along with his son Amit for allegedly shooting dead a property dealer, Ameer Alam, at Khatoli on Thursday, they said.

They were later produced before a court, which remanded them to 14-day judicial custody.
