Sudipta Sen wants special court to hear all cases against him

Saradha chit fund scam key accused Sudipta Sen today appealed to the Calcutta High Court to expedite constitution of a special court to hear all cases against him.

In a writ petition, Sen said that as per the order of a division bench of the court, a special bench should be constituted to hear the Saradha scam.

He claimed that as per the HC order, a special investigative team would investigate the case as over 500 cases were filed against him.

In his petition, Sen stated that he was being moved from north to south Bengal everyday resulting in health hazards and claimed that he had lost 18 kgs of weight and might die anytime due to poor health.
 

The matter is likely to come up for hearing next week.
