Sushil Modi mourns Kalam's demise

Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi today mourned the death of former President APJ Abdul Kalam and described him as a "karmayogi" (a man for whom work is the sole motto of life).

"It's a matter of great sadness that the former president has left for heavenly abode," he told reporters on the sidelines of 'Janata Durbar' at his official residence.

Describing Kalam as a "karmayogi" and an inspirational personality, Modi said that the former President had deep association with Bihar and its people during the years of his presidency and afterwards.
