Drug firm Syncom Healthcare said its board has appointed Ajay Shankarlal Bankda as MD and Chairman of the company effective from today.
The board of directors has approved to designate "Ajay Shankarlal Bankda as Managing Director cum Chairman of the company with effect from December 31, 2016", Syncom Healthcare said in a filing to BSE.
The company also appointed him as additional director, it added.
The company's board has also approved to initiate the process of de-registration of its subsidiary in UAE -- Syncom Healthcare International FZE.
The board authorised Pratik Bankda to act on its behalf for the de-registration process of the subsidiary, Syncom Healthcare said.
