Teachers boycott evaluation of answer books in Amethi

Teachers appointed to examine/evaluate answer books of Uttar Pradesh Inter Mediate Board boycotted the evaluation work for the second day today in the district.

They took out a demonstration, demanding regularisation of ad-hoc teachers and giving declared honorarium to self financed teachers.

Dr Nagesh Singh, Principal of Sri Ranvir Inter College Amethi (evaluation centre) said that 1,53,000 answer books of intermediate standard are to be evaluated here upto April 13

President of Amethi wing of Uttar Pradesh Vitta Viheen Shikshak Sanyukt Morcha (Non aided Teachers Joint Forum) claimed that teachers will boycott evaluation till fulfilling of their demands.
