Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday left for New Delhi where he is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders on different matters concerning the state.
Rao left in the evening, official sources said.
The state government has been pursuing various issues with the Centre, including national status for Kaleswaram irrigation project and implementation of assurances given to Telangana in Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act.
