Tenon Group buys UK-based Elite Cleaning for 4.5 mn pounds

Security and facility management firm Tenon Group has acquired UK-based Elite Cleaning & Environmental Services Ltd for around 4.5 million pounds (Rs 37 crore).

The company has invested about 4.5 million pounds in the deal to acquire Elite Cleaning & Environmental Services to broaden the client base in the UK, Tenon Group said in a statement.

"We are delighted to strengthen our position within the UK market. This is a strategic move for the company to expand in the facility management domain by providing a 360-degree solution," Tenon Group Chairman Major Manjit Rajain said.

The acquisition of Elite establishes Tenon as a credible player in the facility management in the European market and will benefit the clients on both domestic and international level, the company added.
