Thoor dal prices rise at wholesale foodgrains market

Prices of thoor dal rose while rest of the commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.

Thoor dal prices increased by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 8,900 from yesterday's rate of Rs 8,800.

Following are the wholesale rates of various agri commodities (in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 8,900, Urad Dal Rs 8,400, Moong Dal Rs 9,500, Gram Dal Rs 4,800, Sugar Rs 2,800, Wheat Rs 2,900, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,400 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,000.
