Three drowned

Three children drowned

today in separate incidents in Kendrapara district, police said.

Two 12-year-old boys drowned while taking bath in a pond after playing holi as they did not know how to swim at Bangalpur. Locals later retrieved the bodies.

In another incident, a two and a half year old boy drowned after slipping into a pond in the backyard of his house at Gopinathpur.
