Three hurt in vehicle attack near Toulouse: French police

A man driving a car near the French city of Toulouse rammed into three students today, leaving two of them in a serious condition, French police told AFP.

The man, who was arrested immediately afterwards, acted "deliberately" but was not on a list of known extremists, the source added, asking not to be named.
