Tamil Nadu Governor Konijeti Rosaiah today unveiled a bust of the former President APJ Abdul Kalam at the building of the Institution of Chartered Accountants of India here.
He also addressed a gathering of local chapter of ICAI saying that the chartered accountants' role had become very important in the development of the national economy in the changing global scenario.
CAs should guide the industrialists and the business fraternity and also protect the interests of the investors, he said.
The governor also felicitated the sculptor, Vadayaar, who made the bust.
