TN leaders pay homage to Nehru

Rosaiah along with several Ministers, including Social Welfare Minister B Valarmathi, Minister for Higher Education P Palaniappan and Chennai Mayor Saidai Duraisamy, paid floral tributes to Nehru's statue at the Kathipara junction in Guindy.

In neighbouring Union Territory of Puducherry, Chief Minister N Rangasamy also paid floral tribute at the statue of Nehru there.

Earlier, Congress leaders, comprising former Chief Ministers V Vaithilingam and M D R Ramachandran besides PCC chief A V Subramanian, garlanded the statue.
