Train services disrupted following agitation in Assam

Train services were disrupted following 'Rail Roko' agitation by All Assam Tea Tribe Students Association today.

The agitating members of the association blocked train services at Sarupathar station of NF Railway, NFR spokesman said in a statement.

The agitation from about 10.40 AM disrupted movement of mainly four trains Dimapur-Mariani passenger train, Dibrugarh-Rangiya Express, Lumding-Tinsukia passenger train and Guwahati-Jorhat Town Jansatabdi Express, the statement said.
