Two boys drowned in a tank in a village near here in Telangana today, police said.
Raj Kuar (11) and Srikanth (10) went for a swim in a tank at Ontimamidipally village under Wardhannapet mandal of Warangal district. They drowned in the tank from where their bodies were later fished out, they said.
In a separate incident in the district, twins named Suresh and Naresh (13) died on the spot when a live electric wire got snapped and fell on them, police said.
The two, residents of Gudithanda village, were in their agriculture field when the incident took place.
