With the arrest of two more persons, all four accused of abducting and killing a 6-year-old boy are now in police net.
Krishna Bhatia was allegedly strangled after being kidnapped from here on Thursday evening allegedly by four persons who dumped his body in Upper Dari Doab canal in Gurdaspur district.
Sachin and Rahul Verma, a resident of Dhariwal town in Gurdaspur district were arrested yesterday, Senior Superintendent of Police Batala, Daljinder Singh Dhillon said.
Bikramjit Singh alias Heera, and Anil Kumar alias Sunil, brother of Sachin, were nabbed earlier.
Heera, Sachin and Anil were neighbours of the victim boy, he said.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered against 15 persons on the charge of attacking city police station on Friday night after the news about murder of the boy spread in the city.
A mob of about 500 locals had allegedly attacked the City police station and pelted stones at the building in which three police personnel had sustained injuries.
One person was arrested in this connection, police said.
