Two alleged sharp shooters have been arrested from near the Mohan Nagar hospital here, police said today.
On a tip-off, the crime branch and the Sahibabad police arrested the accused last night and seized two country-made pistols and four live cartridges from their possession, SSP H N Singh said.
The duo, residents of Bulandshahar district, have confessed that they were members of a criminal gang, he claimed.
They are accused in a 2014 murder case and carried a reward of Rs 5,000 each, the SSP said, adding they were wanted in six more cases.
