Vallabhbhai statue unveiled in Banswara

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today unveiled a statue of freedom fighter Vallabhbhai Patel in Banswara district.

It was a historic day for Banswara because Patel played a key role in uniting princely states and in the integration of Rajasthan, he said.

Gehlot also laid the foundation stone of a building for Scheduled Castes in the collectorate premises, an official release said here.
