A 36-year-old village head was shot dead by three unidentified persons at Siddheganesh Pur village in Kurebhar area here, police said today.
Mahesh Soni (36), head of Bharthipur village, died on the spot after being shot by three unidentified persons last night, they said.
The incident was stated to be fallout of old enmity.
The matter is being investigated, police said, adding no arrest has been made so far.
