Zydus Wellness independent director B M Hegde resigns

Zydus Group firm Zydus Wellness today said its independent director B M Hegde has resigned due to personal reasons.

"Dr B M Hegde, an independent director of the company, has resigned with immediate effect due to personal reasons. Pursuant to his resignation, he also ceased to be the member of the committees of the Board of Directors, in which he was a member," Zydus Wellness said in a filing to BSE.

The directors have accepted the resignation, it added.
