Hotels and airlines have been on a drive to win customer loyalty, but online travel brand community EyeforTravel and marketing analytics firm Jumpshot's new study shows they have a long way to go as online travel agencies (OTA) are winning more bookings. OTAs across the five countries studied — Brazil, Germany, India, the UK and US — saw higher conversion rates than airline or hotel brands.
